Fluted Water Hose
Fluted water hose has been specially formulated from a blend of PVC/Nitrile compound. Manufactured with a three layer polyester reinforced construction being heat and chemically bonded with longitudinal fluting to avoid kinking in use. This hose can also be manufactured with a smooth cover.
Working Pressures and Temperatures
The working pressures quoted within the charts are based on the short term burst pressures calculated at 20°C using a 4-to 1 safety factor. Maximum recommended working temperature is 45°C. At temperatures above 20°C working pressures quoted would be affected. Below -25°C bend radius and flexibility would be affected.
Coil Lengths and Colours
Standard coil length Diesel Hose 50 metres. Water Hose 40 metres and 100 metres, other coil lengths are available. Further details may be obtained from our Technical Sales Office. All our range of Hose sizes are available in Black. Various colours of hose can also be supplied subject to a minimum order.
