New Directors

We welcome new directors to the board. This will alter the structure of the company for the first time in over 20 years.
Bryan Cowan MD has now been joined by three new Directors. This is a complete shake up of the company structure since the company was formed way back in 1985.
As most of you are aware Robert Allen chose to retire early last year. He sold his 50% share holding to Bryan Cowan; Bryan who had previously held 50% of the company shares was now in total control of the business.
Bryan Cowan MD, then promptly appointed three of the companys “Key” long serving employees on to the board. Richard Millington-Production & Works Director, Doug Turner-Sales,Purchasing & Administration Director, Martin Bird Financial & Administration Director. All three now have equity in the business.
